So our last post was almost 3 weeks ago. This has been a crazy month! It started quiet, then it exploded! Our restaurants are doing great, and we reconnected with Major Hyundai in Stroudsburg. We walked in the St. Patrick's Day parade in Stroudsburg for he first time.  We also worked on new costumes for Georgette. This St. Patrick's Day themed costume was for Major Hyundai, and he loved it. There will be many more of these to follow.
