Starting a New Business - The Highs and Lows

    We recently had the opportunity to help a  dear friend, Scott Amori, reorganize his law firm, Amori & Associates, LLC.  While our part was miniscule, we were there for the all the highs, lows and emotions that go along with the reorganization process.   When you are staring a business from the ground floor, those highs, lows and emotions increase tenfold.
